There’s nothing wrong with asking for help, but there ways to go about it too.

PS we ain’t hating on Microsoft, it’s just that there prodicts like all other companies arte more suited for some things than others. Microsoft should stick to the desktop software as their internet offerings are kjust horrible in most cases.
